You could think about starting with time management. More often than not, students seriously underestimate the amount of time required to complete a thesis or dissertation. Breaking the whole project into parts may allow you to visualize the task that lies before you.

A capstone project is based on the proposal completed in the pre-requisite subject, so you probably will not worry about project topic. But we will provide you with some project topics by BAESP graduates on the page called “Topics”.

The project is to be finished within two semesters, and you may consider following the schedule, as follows:

Give progress reports to supervisor by email. The report could involve the reviewed literature, collected data and your written sections.

You can schedule the project ahead with your supervisor, or discuss the schedule with students from other degree programmes. Meeting deadlines will help to keep you focused and complete the project on schedule.
