Sample Research Papers

In this section we will examine two sample research papers which had received an A+ and D grade respectively, in order to show how effectively the A+ paper manage to establish a clear evaluative stance with the careful distribution and patterning of the attitudinal lexis, apart from showing what a student writer should avoid when using attitudinal lexical items through demonstration of an ineffective writing.
