CALL FOR PAPERS/ POSTERS
* Papers or Posters focusing on the study of languages other than English are most welcome.
General policy of presenting in languages other than English in our conference
* Papers will be allotted 20 minutes, plus 10 minutes for discussion.
Abstract Submission
Abstracts should be sent by e-mail to egrcpce@polyu.edu.hk, using this Word template.
All abstracts will be peer-reviewed by a committee composed of members of the conference organising committee.
Deadline: 15 September, 2008
Notification of acceptance for submissions will be given by 30 September, 2008.
* For those who have submitted their abstracts on or before 19 July, notification of acceptance will be given by 22 August, 2008 .
Paper Submission and Proceedings
Presenters will be invited to submit a full paper on the topic of their presentation after the conference. The papers must be in Microsoft Office Word format and not exceed 7,000 words (including appendixes and references).
Papers received will be peer-reviewed and those accepted will be published in the proceedings available online on our website.
Note to Accepted Presenters
Accepted presenters should register by 15 Nov 2008 at the latest to guarantee the inclusion of their presentations in the conference.
