Entrance Requirements
入學要求

• HKALE Grade D in Chinese Literature or HKALE (AS-level) Grade D in Chinese Language & Culture; and
• HKALE (AS-level) Grade D in Use of English; and
• HKALE Grade E in two other subjects, or HKALE Grade E in one other subject and HKALE (AS-level) Grade E in two other subjects; and
• HKCEE Grade E in five subjects
  
  Holders of a Higher Diploma or an Associate Degree in a language-related discipline may be given credit transfer.
  
• 香港高級程度會考(HKALE) 中國文學科考獲D級；或香港高級補充程度(AS-Level)中國語文及文化科考獲D級；並
• 香港高級補充程度(AS-Level)英語運用科考獲D級；並
• 香港高級程度會考(HKALE)其他兩科考獲E級，或香港高級程度會考其他一科考獲E級及香港高級補充程度兩科考獲E級；並

Programme Aims

Our programme seeks to:

• develop your biliteracy and trilingualism in Chinese and English language and the ability to use these languages in an integrated manner.
• offer you a firm grounding in language studies which can be critically and creatively applied in a variety of business and management contexts.
• enhance your professional communication skills through studies and work integrated education.
• extend your sense of social and national responsibility through an understanding of the language situation in the context of China and the international community.

Curriculum Structure

You will take 60 compulsory credits and then select 30 credits from the wide list of electives that provide you with the opportunity to specialize in different areas of interest.
在修讀完60個學分必修科目後，你可以在範圍廣闊的選修名單中，自由選讀30個學分，也可選擇一至兩個專門研習範疇。

(ii) Electives 選修科目

You can either pick freely from the full elective list, or concentrate within one or two areas of specialization. Each area of specialization requires that you take five subjects (15 credits) from the identified list.

你可以在選修名單中自由選科，也可以選擇一至兩個專門研習範疇。每一個

We have four areas of specialization for you to choose from:

The electives that constitute each of the above areas of specialization are coded with the colour corresponding to the title of the specialization.

Work-Integrated Education
學以致用計劃

This is a great opportunity to participate in a one-month internship and gain some valuable work experience. We help you find a placement for a month with an organisation in Hong Kong, elsewhere in China, or overseas.

你有機會在香港、內地或海外參加為期一個月的工作實習，以期達到「學以致用」的目標。


Student Exchange
學生交換計劃

There is also the exciting possibility that of spending a semester overseas, studying on an integrated, credit-earning student exchange programme elsewhere in China, in an English-speaking country or Japan.
